The Shadow Sequel Poll

What would the rating of the sequel be? An almost "family friendly" PG (Parental Guidance) or an "adults only" R (Restricted — 17 and older)?

I think R rating, although the film doesn't have to be all about nudity and violence - only don't limit it to a disney-style movie. Anyway, the rating of the original was fine, so I don't think they should change a winning formula....

I would like to see a sequel to the 1994 movie about The Shadow but make it a good PG or PG-13. The Shadow in the original pulps wasn't sexy or seeking women, although there nothing wrong with that for non-crimefighters, but The Shadow is too busy fighting villains or healing from gun shot wounds to have an active social life!
